This company is unprofessional, rude, and over priced. I lived in their homes for two years. When I first signed the lease, there was an agreement stating that they would maintain the yard. If you drive by any of these locations, it is clear to see that the most they do is mow the grass. I finally was so exhausted with asking them to trim the bushes, I decided to do it myself. Needless to say, I was covered in poison ivy as a result. Angie, their point of contact will call you repeatedly and if you do not answer, she will block the number and try again. I transfered locations within their property management group, and was granted my entire deposit in return. When I moved from the second house, the house was in the exact same condition, and they did not send me my deposit. The owner sent me an extremely unprofessional, and stated I had left trash in he backyard and urine in the toilets. I knew this to be untrue, and when I asked for pictures, I never heard another word from him. Beware! This was the worst property management I have ever experienced!!
