I used this company a few times and I have to say the 1st time was perfect. The guys were so nice and professional, on time, nothing was damaged.

The last time just recently was total opposite. They were late, broke items and furniture had marks all over it because they did not wrap it they just threw it on a dolly!! I mean really!! This is not cheap furniture. They also got lost a 2nd time! I will not trust using them again. The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the first crew! They would deserve 5 but the last crew -1

Used Edward Neutz Moving to relocate some heavy furniture around the house while remodeling. They worked carefully and quickly, insuring that the pieces or house were not damaged on both occasions. Also, had them take an entertainment center to the Goodwill. Would use them again. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE EDWARD NEUTZ SONS AND DAUGHTERS MOVING AND STORAGE!!! I used them and they were late, damaged my furniture, lost pieces to my furniture, charged me more than quoted, talked down to me when I called to report these problems(the owner Edward Neutz did this) and called me a liar. I am trying to keep anyone else from going through what I went through. The furniture I have is from Haverty's and is not cheap furniture which is why I hired a "mover" to move it all! I have put in a BBB complaint and am going to continue to find ways to keep this from happening to anyone else. Movers beware!!!

This is the second time I have used this moving company. Both times I was very pleased. Especially this last time I had Jimmie and Brandon were the movers. They were quick, efficient, and were very careful with my stuff. Great company to work with and very affordable.

Edward Neutz Sons and Daughters Movinng did a very good job for us. They were so helpful when we called to discuss our moving. The movers were ontime. They worked extremely hard to make sure everything was moved. Not a thing was damaged! We enjoyed working with them. The price was a little more than we anticipated, but less than other quotes. We will use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Edward Neutz Moving Northamerican did a great job for our move to New York. The packers were excellent. They took care of my china, fragiles, and very senstimental items. The move was just as great. The crew worked hard loading and labeling our things. They arrived ontime and offload. This was the easiest move we hve made. I highly recommend this moving company.

Don’t use this company unless you want your items lost, stolen or damaged. I had Edward Neutz Sons & Daughters move the items from my house into their storage facility in August 2010. Everything seemed to have gone well until they moved my items into the new house in April 2011. Once the chaos of the move was over and we started sorting through everything we noticed several items had been broken or damaged. I understand things happen during a move, but instead of just letting me know what had happened the movers just hid the broken and damaged items in the back of the garage and then rushed to leave without saying a word. We also noticed several items were missing. When we called the next day we were told the missing items would be dropped off sometime that week. Well we did get a few of the items that had been missing plus a couple of things that didn’t belong to us. I called back to ask about the still missing items and let them know they had delivered items that weren’t ours and got the run around for over a month and empty promises that someone would call back. Finally, after receiving and mailing back a claim form the owner implied that they never had those items because they would never lose anything and my items weren’t worth stealing, but he would pay $0.60/lb on some minimum weight. Well since they have never come to get the items I told them weren’t mine I can see exactly how they could lose things! These are the people who give movers a bad name.

This moving company does a great job. They have fair rates, excellent service, and go out of their way to make sure everything gets done. I was very satisfied with this mover and recommend their services.

I was very impressed with this company's customer service. Everyone I dealt with was just very nice and cared about my move. Although they showed up a little late, their work was quick and professional. The movers took care of everything, including loading some items into my car. They finished underbudget which was also a surprise since their quote was lower than the other companies I called. The owner called later that day to make sure everything went great. I was very happy with the way this company treated me. I highly recommend their service!!!

These movers were great. When you call ask for Matt, he did an excellent job helping us with the estimate and move. The movers that arrived were neat, very polite, and worked extremely hard for us. The price is very reasonable for the service. Overall, easy to work with, they do excellent work, and the price is low. Highly recommend that you call this mover!

They Showed up 1 1/2 hours late, Driver smelled of alcohol. Damage on both houses and damaged our belongings. The broke a brand new desk. Stole from our daughters piggy bank. Owner took 2 days to call back. This company is the worst movers we ever used!!!! I would not use them if i were you!!

We called serveral moving companies in Louisville to get quotes for moving. At this company we talked with Jamie. She was knowledgeable and gave us a fair price quote. Since she was so nice and thorough about our move, we decided to use them. We were impressed with the movers she sent. They were well organized and friendly. They worked fast all day. The final price was a little more than the quote, but the service was well worth it. We had no damage to our furniture which made us extremely happy. We do recommend this company and the crew (Terry, Jeff, and Matt)!

I recently used Edward Neutz Moving and had a very good experience. I talked with Ed Neutz. He was very pleasant, detailed, and professional. He provided an estimate for packing, moving, and 2 extra dropoffs. The estimated cost was $1,490. The packers he sent were awesome. The young women were pleasant and fast. The movers came the next day. I got to say I was impressed with how quickly and safe these guys worked. They had great attitudes and were a joy to work with. Everything arrived without a scratched. The final cost was $1,247. I was very happy with this company. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. You will not be dissappointed!

I used this moving company to move me from Mockingbird Valley to Prospect. Surprised to see a recent bad review because they did an awesome job for me. Jami scheduled a great crew. She sent me a 5 man crew with 2 trucks. These guys were the greatest. They worked hard all day, never complaining, very accommodating, and stayed busy the entire move. The final cost was a little higher than the estimate, but I was satisfied with the work. My last move was much more expensive. I highly recommend this moving company. They are worth every penny!

When I called for an estimate, I was quoted a price of approximately $1000. After the move was done, they charged me almost $2000. They were unwilling to work with me about the huge discrepency. They just did not care.

We have too much experience moving. I just had to write a review about this mover. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. A young knowledgeable lady gave us the estimate, it was perfect. Nice, professional, very polite. When the movers arrived, I was quite impressed with their appearance and knowledge. They were fast, careful, and very accommodating to our needs. The truck was neat, they used plenty of quilts, and secured our things appropriately. They reassemble all our beds and appliances. We did not have to do anything but watch and direct. This was the best move yet.

We have moved several times in Louisville and have been disappointed. When I called this company, the young lady was very helpful, polite, and concerned that I would be happy with her services. Her estimate was right on the money! The guys that arrived were great. They worked hard all day and took real good care of my belongings. I would definitely recommend this company for moving services.
