Provided by YP.comVery honest! This is not something that I generally don't expect when I call any kind of contractor. We thought we had a problem that most contractors would charge $500-$1000 to fix (busted pipe under a slab foundation.) Drexler Tom Plumbing and Remodeling Co representative came over for a free estimate and found that our actual problem will only cost us $5-$15 for us to fix ourselves and they didn't charge us a penny!
They will be the first ones I call the next time I have a plumbing problem. The honesty is definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
More detail on the problem:
We had water coming up from underneath slab foundation, so we thought it was a busted pipe. They took a look at the problem and found that it was the condensation from the furnace (because a pipe wasn't insulated) that was going entering the slab at one spot and coming up at the low point in the slab, so it just looked like that it was coming from underneath.
