Been a customer of Downtown Ford/James Collins Ford for many years, and have recommended them to my friends and relatives. Have tried other dealers and I always come back to Downtown Ford/James Collins Ford. They have free service loaners cars for their customers, and their service specials have kept me coming back. The 2 collisions I've had to my vehicles, have been repaired in their collision repair dept, and were guaranteed for as long as I own those vehicles. I will not go any other place.
