WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THEY SAY IS THEY WILL HAVE THE RESEARCH DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATE AND WILL GET BACK WITHIN A BUSINESS DAY. ABSOLUTELY OF NO USE. They should go out of business!! They miss delivered my daughters college text book, someone else signed for it. The wouldnt send the driver to try to retrieve it. They told her to go on and buy another new one from the school book store that cost $180 and said she could file a claim. She did everything she was told to do. Now they are denying her claim!! Now she is out $250 having paid for the book twice, they dont care about people, only making as much money as possible. I will never use them or buy anything from anyone who does!!!
