Best pet shop in louisville, I would recommend always buying anything related to birds from here. I bought the sweetest bird ever from here!

Absolutely love this place and Dean. He is super friendly and extremely out going too help in any way he can. I would refer anyone too go see him !!

Deans Pet shop is the best ! Dean is so compassionate about animals. I called different places for help with my daughters sick guinea pig and no other pet shop or vet cared enough to help . Dean took a look at the Guinea pig and knew she had a eye infection right off . I will never go anywhere else when getting a new pet ����

Dean is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with when it came to the purchase of our pomibear puppy. Took him to the vet as requested an got a clean bill of health so everything was great and would do business with him again for sure. From start to finish A+ service.

Don't understand how you can keep dogs in very small plastic cages. And birds by cold door

2 days ago was my first time visiting Deans pet shop and I was very please with how he ran his shop and rules to protect the animals in his shop I brought and English Bull dog puppy from him and Dean explained every thing from detail to detail that I need to know before I left his store with my new puppy. Dean also made a friendly phone call to make sure things were going well I recommend any one to go visit and also purshase a pet if your looking for one....Thanks Dean, Melody

Dean's shop is the best. We love Dean.

The owner is vile and smelled of alchol. The USDA is supposed to check all papers for his birds. When asked, he started screaming 'that it was none of my business'. There were 2 lil puppies in this store along with birds (wondering how he pays rent with a all amount of animals 'for sale'. Hmmmm. there with 2 viles of medication on top of one of the puppy cages, within grabbing reach of small children. He didn't care. He said so?!? I don't believe this place is legit and obviously neither is the owner. SHUT this vile person down! He is not right. Nothing about this place is right.

Dean provides excellent service. My daughter and I walked into his store and we were very impressed with how he runs his store. Everything is very clean and he is particular about who touches his animals. He talked with us at length about teddy bear puppies. We ended up buying a puppy and have been very satisfied. The puppy is healthy and wonderful. Dean called to check up on us. I took my new love back into the store and you would have thought I was bringing back a child. Dean was so excited to see the puppy but of course he cleaned his hands before even touching the puppy. I would highly recommend dealing with Dean for you animal needs. I will never go anywhere else!

Bought my 2 ferrets from Dean. I go to his shop every week or so. He is a knowledgeable and great pet store owner. Actually cares for the animals and those that come in to his store. Will be getting 2 more ferrets from him soon

Just purchased a kitten from here and couldn't be more impressed! Dean is so helpful and does whatever he can to satisfy his customers! So glad I found this pet shop!
