This is a charming place. Really easy to navigate. Kind operators. There is. a tennis court and a pool.

This is one of the better affordable apartments that is still in the East End of the city. It is really close to so many things depending on which direction you go. They are great at communication and they deliver on their promises. Thank you for the new backsplash in the kitchen as well.

Wonderful country escape in the middle of the city of Louisville. Updated and locally managed.

The best advice I can give, READ THE BAD REVIEWS. I don’t know who is giving them anything above 1 star. The people in the office are nothing but liars; being a Court Tv bluff has taught me WELL. I was sure to record and get EVERYTHING in writing! I will be leaving a more detailed review with the BBB, because of max. character restrictions. Choose peace of mind, & paying a little more money over this dump! If you’re cool with paying $80-$100 more than your base rent, into a little second hand smoke/ bronchitis, and a lease that mandates YOU HIRING A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE to clean the carpet upon move-out, than this is just the place for you!

This is the first place that was really accomodating to me moving from out of state. I was nervous because I only saw pictures of my apartment, but the lady that works in the office was very special. She went above and beyond to ease my mind. I easily signed the lease and paid deposit with my credit card over the phone from Wichita. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. My apartment was exactly what I expected from pictures. It works great for me because I from home and am comfortable doing so here. It stays quiet. Also I am pleased with the location. I didnt know anything about Louisville areas, but its easy to tell this is a safe and convenient place.

I cant get enough of the quiet mornings with this beautiful weather. This is my favorite spot to walk out and have my latte. All kinds of birds chirping and places to sit in the shade. So much better and more peaceful than the city living I previously had where they had no trees/nature around.

This is by far the best place to live in Westport area. I was a student who stumbled upon this place halfway through a lease that I eventually ended up breaking just to live here. A few of the key points: The staff is some of the best, at least in my own opinion. The manager makes sure you are well taken care of and will do just about any thing within reason to make a resident happy. When I left to go on vacation I thought I left my door unlocked and they went and locked it for me! I was extremely thankful! The quality of the apartment is top notch for the money.The location is one of the easiest to live in and also get where I need to be. Sometimes during rush hour it can take a couple minutes to turn left since there is no light coming out of the complexc, but it would be about the same as waiting at a light to turn so not bad. I feel very safe there. Bottom line, this place is simply amazing. This is an apartment community worth checking out at least!

My husband and I moved here about two months ago and absolutely love it! We toured several other properties but ultimately decided on this place because of the updated apartments, and the Lyndon area in general. A nice lady showed us around the model unit and property during our first visit, in addition to assisting us during the lease signing process. We felt bad because we had a lot of questions about the property, community and school district but she was so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole experience. We haven't had any complaints so far and have recommended this place to many friends.

I am very pleased with everything here at Countrybrook Apartments. I am planning to be here for awhile. #1

Countrybrook really shows some First Class service to their residents. I applaud their attentiveness to resident needs and their willingness to work with me. If I had a complaint it wasn't about the apartment, but one noisy neighbor. I told management about the issue and I it resolved quickly and never recurred. TWO THUMBS UP!!
