Horrible service. Everytime I try to call in a carry out I just get left on hold forever. Last time I was able to drive to the restaurant before they took my order over the phone. I live at least 10 min away. Good food bad service

Shocked at service received

Normally I would have given Cheddars 5 stars but when I went for a mother/daughter day, the service was HORRIBLE. The server barely checked on us and we got our appetizer at the same time as our meal. Then when the manager came to our table she basically stated that our service wasn't important and other customers came first. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! I will NOT go back to this one- EVER!!!!

Good Food Reasonable Prices

I was so excited when Chadder's came to Louisville. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. It seems like they might have a slight employee retention problem. It's probably due to the fact that they are almost always busy. But almost every waiter we have had there was very friendly.

Best Food Ever!!!!

This is, by far, my absolute favorite place to eat. I've never had anything that is bad and the prices are incredibly reasonable. It is worth the wait to eat there.
