Dave cleaned my hall and living room carpets this week. Called to advise of time he planned to be there, then called again when on the way. Very friendly and professional. Excellent job on cleaning carpets. Will use again in future.

Finally found a carpet cleaner that knew what he was doing and did a great job. We are totally satisfied and will only call Carpet Care Plus for future cleanings and any problems. Thank you David & Tom!

Excellent job. My appointment was at 12 they called at 11 and told me they were running late. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them. And the carpets look good to.

David has taken care of me twice now. He is a magician with my carpet. If you want someone that can get a job done and done right, these guys are the guys to call. Pet stains are no match for them; my puppy leaves some pretty harsh spots, but David spends the time to make sure it's spotless when he's finished. Very professional and friendly. Five stars just isn't enough.

I'm new in town and the 5 star reviews are the only reason I called them. They are by far the best carpet cleaners that I have hired. I've never seen anyone work so diligently on a stain. Dave said he's not leaving until its out. They are in my contact list.

I have used CCP for many years... they do an amazing job... always on time, extremely courteous and professional... Tom & crew are the BEST... 5 stars are not enough!!!

I can not say enough how pleased I am with this service. I am very sick and have an extremely weak immune system. I gotten sick on my bed so many times that it seemed I was reabsorbing my own flu infections. I called around to a number of places and decided on another larger company. However when I spoke to Tom his personality and professionalism over the phone made me want to give him a try. I explained my health and right away he knew what to recommend and even had special materials to help with disinfecting. I spoke with him on a Saturday even and was on the books for the upcoming Monday. However, Monday morning came and I had an unexpected medical expense. Because I that I could not afford to have my mattress cleaned. I called Tom to say I was sorry and told him what happen. He responded, " with your health that matterss needs to be cleaned. Don't worry about the money right now, you can post date a check for later if you have it then but if not, don't worry". I couldn't believe it. I had never used them before and to have them do something so kind I cried. An employee should up named David. He called to let me know he was in his way. Just like Tom, he was amazing. So kind and friendly. He did an amazing job on my mattress. He went over it a few times just to make sure it was disinfected and sprayed bacteria killing solution to keep me safe. I can not say enough about how amazing this has been. I will be using Tom and his company from here on out.

Tom always works with my schedule to clean my carpets. They do an outstanding job especially with pet issues. Always arrive on time. I can continue to do my daily activities and trust them in my home. I have tried others in the past and will continue to call carpet care plus.

Courteous, reliable and will work with your schedule. Stains and track marks are gone! I'm very pleased with Tom's work and would recommend Carpet Care Plus to anyone.

Tom has been cleaning the carpets for our business 20+ years. I would not use anyone else. They always look more vibrant when he leaves. He takes his time to make sure that all the extra solution/water is out of the carpet.

Tom & David have been doing our carpets for well over 10 years. They always do a fabulous job and leave my home neat and tidy.
