We started working with this company in March of 09 to install a new privacy fence. It is now August and we are still waiting for the company to resolve issues with the fence (post not installed or concreted, post spliting, contractor not meeting instillation deadline (come on its been over 5 months). Cardinal hired a sub contractor to do the work. From the start we had issues with the sub contractors not showing up to install the fence. The sub contractor installed the new fence on some of our old posts. It looked aweful and we paid for all new posts to be installed. We contacted the company about the issue and they indicated the old posts would be removed and new posts installed. Instead the sub contractor dropped off a post, but never completed the instillation until we pushed and pushed and pushed for completion. Many of the wood panels split after a few weeks and we are still waiting for the new pannels to be installed. The customer service on the phone is great, but the follow through is absolutley unacceptable. I would recommend using another company.
