A car club I belong to has used CafePress for 3 calendars featuring photos of our classics over the last two years. I have purchased all three and the quality is very good. I'm told they work fast and the prices are reasonable. No complaints here.

Good quality for the price

I've had my artwork on their site for a few years now.I mostly use CP to buy my own artwork cheaply on things like tshirts when I need a gift or other item with my original art on it. Good prices if you want gifts for friends, family or just to sell on your own.
