I have tried all afternoon to get in touch with someone to explain why they kept so much of my deposit and can not get anyone to return my calls. Partridge Meadows manager was too rude to deal with again so I figured I would try main office. This is not working either. Next step BBB. Stay Away from this place. Gave me one list of charges and went by another for move out. Charged to remove Dish and it is still on the deck.

unprofessional staff at lyndon crossings. the office manager diane is rude as hell. the staff dress as if they are going to a picnic. will nickel and dime you. DONT DO IT!!!

DO NOT even consider any apartment complex managed by this company in Louisville, KY. Their property managers, district managers and all the staff are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and low people with no class. Make your research before you pick a place to live. Horrible horrible management in the apartment rental offices.

DON'T LIVE AT PHOENIX PLACE!!!



Looking at reviews, it looks like any apartment complex managed by Brown Capital is horrible so anyone moving to Louisville, KY don't live at Phoenix Place or any other apartments managed by Brown Capital LTD. Look at other reviews on other websites & you will see these are horrible places to live. You can't trust the management, maintenance team or anyone at these apartments. They play dirty & will screw you over. Plus you don't want to live next door to housing for only Section 8 people. The streets are always nasty & the bums, druggies, alcoholics, thugs, etc. are always walking on the streets right by your doors yelling at each other & causing problems. This is not a safe area even though Phoenix Place claims it is & has police officers patrolling but I haven't seen them. There's plenty of break-ins around the area & people setting resident's cars & dumpsters on fire. Phoenix Place might be near the medical schools & other places but it's not worth the loud noises, bums on the street, crime, and dealing with the horrible management in the offices.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT PARTRIDGE MEADOWS UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE PEOPLE AT THE OFFICE TO SOME FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING RENTAL AGENTS SPECIALY IF A CERTAIN VALERIE STILL WORKS THERE .

THEY WILL NOT COME TO THE FRONT AND CHECK WHO ENTERED THE OFFICE THEY WILL WAIT FOR YOU TO COME ALL THE WAY TO THEIR DESK AND WILL NOT GREET YOU AT ALL. I HAD ALL KIND OF ISSUES WITH THEM EVEN CALL THE CORPORATE TO HAVE THE ISSUES SOLVED BUT NOTHING AND NOW AGAIN THE WEEKEND MY AC IS OUT AND IT IS 85 DEGREES IN THE APT AND THE OFFICE # DOES NOT HAVE A ANSWER MACHINE TO GIVE YOU THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE # USUALLY IT DOES BUT NOT TODAY SO I DID MY BEST AND WENT TO THE POOL AND ASKED THE POOL GUY VALERIE'S # SO SHE CAN GIVE ME THE EMERGENCY # OR EVEN CALL THEM BECAUSE I HAVE YOUNG KIDS AT HOME AND IT IS VERY HOT INSIDE HOTTER THAN OUTSIDE BUT MISS VALERIE FEELS SO IMPORTANT AND CONCERN ABOUT HOW I GOT HER # INSTEAD OF HELPING ME EVEN AFTER I HAVE TOLD HER THAT THE OFFICE # RINGS NO STOP AND SEND YOU TO THE FAX MACHINE BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE THE LEAST OF HER PROBLEM BUT I KNOW IF HERS WAS OUT THE MAINTENANCE WILL BE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR

JUST SO YOU ALL KNOW ALL AND I SAY ALL MY BUILDING FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT HER AND EVEN SOME OTHER NEIGHBORS THAT I TALKED TO AT THE POOL AT THE PARC AND WHO I HAPPEN TO KNOW IN THE COMPLEX ALSO

THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE IT IS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE BUT IF PEOPLE MOVE LEFT AND RIGHT BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY ARE TREATED THEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE AND I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN
