Wow...what a great company and awesome customer service. Installed our in ground pool, fall 2017. The entire process was enjoyable. Very professional for from sales, installation and customer service. Only pool company in Louisville that returned our call and provided a quote.

Visited the store 3 times over 4 weeks to inquire about an in ground pool cover. the first time i was told the person that handles in ground pool covers is on vacation and wont be back for a week and they offer to take name address and phone and will call when they return 2 weeks pass and no call so i go in again and told he isn't here today leave all info again and still no call go in the next week and told the same thing leave all info and no call so then i decided i call before making the ten minute trip for nothing again and the person who answered the phone with "All American Pool" , no name was given and whom i will assume could not have been this inept so i will say pretended to not know what an in-ground pool was let alone a cover for an in-ground pool nor did he have any idea if there was a person there that handled such things and then just put me on hold for 11 minutes before i hung up. These people seem to not care if they get your business or have any idea of what customer service is. The only good thing i can say is that at least they were polite and friendly while visiting the store in person even though they lied about using your contact info to call me back when the in-ground pool person returned.

We had our pool installed last summer. Michelle and the team at All America Pool are very helpful. If an issue arises, Michelle is on top of it and makes sure to keep things running smoothly. Great personal service! I would highly recommend them and have. If you want a company that's NOT here today and gone tomorrow then, All America Pool is the company for you

Love this place! Not only were they pleasant and had a wonderful sense of humor, but they were also very knowledgable and even saved me some $$. Thanks All American girl . . . you rock!!

Wonderful company. Love the people who run the inside. Very helpful, always willing to answer all my questions and provide me with the right things to fix my pool problems. Wish I had started going to them sooner.

It says they do services and repair but I called and the lady said they don't do any installation or repair.

I have never been disrespected in my life everyone was rude the staff at the desk had I guess the owner come out to my house and he kept asking do a couple of gay women live here he asked about three times even my wife overheard him asking. Two weeks went by no one called back so I called the ALL AMERICAbaN POOL company back they said we won't be coming back to your home thank GOD a company like that should not be in business someone needs to do something my children really hoped they could get the pool up and running

I would highly recommend this company! They are very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They built my in ground pool a year ago and it's simply beautiful!

A++ We just had an in ground pool installed and are very satisfied. The staff and workers were very professional and knowledgeable of their products. Michelle was in constant communication every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

Rude, Overpriced and the owner hung up on me! Even though they installed my pool (before I bought the house) I will Not ever be using their services.

All America Pool Co. has been extremely helpful in assisting me in getting my very neglected pool back in order. I have always received personal, friendly, knowledgable service on every visit. I have purchased a new skimmer, filter, pump, liner, and cover along with my chemicals there. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Michael and staff. -Brian

All America installed my pool 17 years ago and has put in two liners since, the last one being this year. All it ever takes is a phone call and they are right there when they say they will be. I have always found Pat, Libby, and the store staff to be courteous, helpful, and reasonable in everything they do. If I have a problem with pool chemistry, any equipment problems, etc., they tell me exactly what to do and when to do it, and it works every time.

I just don't see how they stay in business, they act like you are bothering them when they go in, the answers they give you are short and they don't care if you shop there. I went in to get a pool liner replaced which would run about $400 dollars. Instead of just explaining to me that they didn't install liners that were not purchased from them, they made me fell stupid for even being in there. I will never go back to this place, Leslie's Pool Supply may be busy all the time, but I would rather wait 30 minutes to get good customer service. They will never get my business again.

When I contaced All America Pool Co. about it, first they told me "You had better watch out who you accuse of stealing" (A THREAT???) and then asked me "Exactly what do you want me to do about it???" I'm writing this in response to the review that was written about my company. My name is Michelle Pence and I am Vice President of All America Pool. We are family owned and operated and have been for over 25 years. We are in business still because we have taken care of our customers and have a proven track record of doing so. I'm aware of who this person is that wrote the review and to my best knowledge his problem was addressed and reinstalled at my company's cost. We do NOT install aboveground pools they are done by independant contractors. I personally handle all if any complaints of my company and strive to maintain a growing and ethical business.

They asked the right questions and helped me find what I needed for my problem. When I mentioned that someone told me I probably need "xyz", he was quick to point out why that wouldn't be helpful, etc....didn't try to sell me something I didn't need even though I thought I needed it! I was very impressed by their knowledge and professional courtesy.
