I am highly upset with this place. After seeing them a few times and them taking me off work they dont return phone calls made to them by my short term disability to confirm they took me off work. Now i have been fired from my job. I was trying to get help and they ended up screwing me over.

I love my therapist, but the office has policies that are not in the best interest of the patient. My therapist was okay with me seeing her as needed, but the office policy states once every three months. Why is anyone besides my therapist making decisions about my care?

I took my daughter to see Dr. Mancini for almost a year. I saw no results. We frequently waited in the office for more than 30 min and she rarely talked to my daughter for more than 20 min even though my insurance was billed for an hour. We would have to schedule appointments months in advance to get them at a time when she wouldn't have to miss school. Dr. Mancini only spoke with me twice - the first visit and one other time at my request. I was forced to cancel the last appointment we had because of a school event that was rescheduled at the last minute. I called 23 1/2 hours before the appointment and was charged $35 for not giving 24 hours notice. We are now seeing a different counselor and it is going wonderful.

I had a bad experience at this office. I made an appointment with Ron Dobbs for my son. I had to wait over a month to get in for the appointment. We could not get a follow up appointment before another month's time. I took off work to take my son to his second appt. When we got to the office and signed in- they informed us that Ron Dobbs would not be coming to work that day and he cancelled the appointment! Not only that- we couldn't get rescheduled before another 30 days. I would not recommend this place.

The therapists are great. But the business office is horrible. They forget to log appointments into the computer so when you show up, you find that you wasted your time. They also hang up on you frequently. The business side of it is incompetent.

Like the other reviews say, the office staff is horrible. They are rude and they lie. It doesn't matter if you keep records of who you talk to they will lie to your face and say they didn't. I have played a voicemail that they left and they still denied that they left a voicemail. My therapist and psychiatrist are great, but I would never recommend this office to anyone because of the women who work the front desk. The doctors need to know that the office staff is this rude!

Worst customer service

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They charge insurance 45 minutes when they only spend a maximum of 20 minutes on a good day. I have requested medical records 3x now and still have not recovered because they can't "locate" the signed form. The medical records lady has a constant attitude, arguing with patients and rolling her eyes when spoken to. The office manager sits right next her while this woman is rude to patients. They lost part of my medical record then said the dr choses what records to release. Absolute worst customer service ever!

These guys don't care about their patients, only about how many useless tests they can charge you for and then charge you for multiple follow-up visits only to tell you they haven't reviewed the results yet. Your therapist will always run late for appointments and schdeduling is a nightmare. Save your money or go somewhere else.

after 6 years of loyal service access behavoiral services refuses to right my son his script over $20.00 they say i owe them. They said they turned it over to collections, but when i called gla collections they have no record. they also refused to take the money from me so i can get my son his script. Now he is sick. Its one thing not to like me and have me escorted off the premises but to refuse medication for my son over 20.00 dollars is absurd. im a mother fighting for my son. ive made several attempts to get this settled but they refuse to even have the owner RON DOBBS return any off my calls. If i owed hundreds of dollars i would understand but 20 dollars over a 6 year period is bs. What is the world coming to where a child is made to suffer over 20 dollars. I will never return to this place and ask anyone else to do the same. i gave them 1 star but they dont even deserve that. it made be or i couldnt go any further.
