HORRIBLE- Came to house, charged more than they quoted, didn't get carpets clean, said high traffic areas can't be cleaned (then what is the point?) came out again, no improvement. I asked for my money back, ignored my calls. Report to BBB and Atty General- lied to them and said they refunded my money- WHICH THEY NEVER DID! Guy acted like I was an idiot for thinking carpet cleaners are supposed to clean carpets.
