Our Kenmore Refrigerator was not getting cold or freezing so i called A One Appliance Repair,and the repairman came out the same day and repaired our refrigerator. The cost was vary affordable,and the repairman was knowledgeable ,and courteous.

This repair company has several different names......A+ Appliance repair and the other name I found so far is Bluegrass Appliance repair, you should google it. They overcharge and replace parts that are not broken and the next day the appliance still doesn't work!

I called for service on my gas range because it wouldn't go into the clean cycle and my whirlpool washer that wouldn't spin water out of clothes. They came out same day I called. They fixed the washer the same day but had to order a part for my range. They came back a few days later with the range part. Very pleased with the fast service and fair prices. I would highly recommend them

Stay away from this company!!! I was told I needed a new control panel for my fridge that is 2 years old on Sept 12th- I paid for the part and it was ordered. The part came in on Sept 16th and the technician repaired it on the 17th. But that didn't fix the problem. So they came back to my house on Friday the 19th, and I was then told I needed a compressor. They said they would get the part Sat morning and come back to fix it. No one showed up. I called first thing Monday morning and they said no one in Louisville had the compressor I needed so they had to order it, and it should be in by the middle of the week. I called Wednesday Sept 24th but the part hadn't come in and they couldn't tell me when it would be in. I asked to speak to a manager at that time, and Mary would not give me their name or number but said she would give him the message and have him call me. On Thursday Sept 25th I called, and the part still hadn't come in, and she still would not let me speak to a manager. On Friday Sept 26th I was told the part was at the UPS hub in Louisville but would not be delivered to the store until Monday. But Mary assured me that they get their deliveries in the afternoon and someone would come to my home that evening to fix it. I called multiple times on Monday and they never received the part. On Tuesday morning, Sept 30 I was told they didn't receive the part until 7:30 Monday evening so they said they would be at my house at 3:30 that afternoon. No one showed up, and no one called. I called first thing Wed morning, Oct 1st, and was told they were very sorry but their technician got sick and couldn't make it yesterday. Mary told me she had us down today between 4p-6p, but said it would be closer to 6pm. Again, she refused to give me a manager. I called at 5:30 and their technician still hadn't come by to pick up the compressor. I was told he was stuck at another job in Fort Know but that he would definitely be at my home tonight. As of right now its 6:45, and they still aren't here. I have been without a fridge for 3 weeks now, and I cannot get anyone from their company to resolve this issue. The only person I am ever able to talk to is a lady named Mary- she will not give out any other information, and only tells me how sorry she is. They haven proven to be dishonest and unprofessional.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the extra time to show me how to switch the way the door opens on my dryer so that both my appliances opened in the same direction. They were very thorough and patient in showing me how to do this. Excellent service and will definitely contact them first for future work.

My oven quite getting hot i called and he came out same day.Put element in and gave warrenty.He was vary polite i will call again if i need anything repaired.Thank You.
