I had a terrible experience with 121 Main Place salon. Unfortunately, I got partial highlights, which a very inexperienced stylist translated to mean an almost full color and used a very high volume “lift” color/bleach, which caused a great deal of damage and breakage everywhere on my hair. It has been a frustrating and expensive experience, attempting to repair all the damage they did. After several consults with actual reputable Aveda salons, I have found out that it will be months before my hair is even possibly in the condition so that I am able to get corrective highlights. I was very hesitant about posting this, because I really didn’t want to post something negative about them, but after this horrible experience, I felt it was important to let other women know. I wish I could have known about this before going there, I would have avoided it at all costs!!
