This is great water, and the delivery folks are always so nice. I gave a year of this water to my daughter and grandson because they love it so much. I highly recommend! I have no idea who is posting the negative reviews, but I've been dealing with this company for YEARS and they have NEVER cheated me. I have never found anything but wonderful water in the jugs they deliver.

Eldorado Spring Water is the best tasting water around! Clean and fresh, with a great ph balance, this is what your biddy needs, every day.

Apparently they have been charging me for services undelivered for the past 4 years without my knowledge until i recently find out they put me in debt collections for over $700 for services i never even received. This company is criminal and extorting money from the people of Colorado. I will not let this continue.

This company is criminal and I am going to make sure they are not allowed to do business in the state of Colorado again. I can only imagine how many families they have put into debt collections for services not even rendered. Its criminals to charge people for products they didnt even receive. and to do it for such high amounts is like I said criminal.

Sell any $eldo stock you have as I promise you this company is not going to last long in Colorado.

This was the worst experience of a service company. They came spontaneously and never consistent. They would deliver water that would leak. One time I found dirt in the water bottle. It was disgusting. I would never recommend this service to anyone. When I cancelled, they continued to deliver for months afterwards.

I was very unhappy with the service.
I always try to support local business but I will NEVER use Elderado Water again.
The customer service I received was awful. They told me I was paid in full and then charged me $150.00. These folks are crooks!
I spoke with the so call owner and he said he would get things straightened out. All he did was dump my issue with another employee who in essence said TOO BAD!!

I read the reviews and had to write my own as the same thing happened to me with this company. I found a bug in my water bottle as well. When I called them, they accused me of lieing. I canceled my service immediately and I too was sent more water bottles and billed for two months. I think we need a class action suit.

I wouldn't send anyone to buy water from this place. I ordered water from them and found a fly in the water bottle. This happened twice. When I tried to cancel, they continued to send water and then billed me. When I refused to pay for four water bottles they threatened a law suit. Do NOT use this water service if you want clear, clean water as it will have a bug in it. My neighbor had the same issue. We are writing a letter to the health department.
