I would like to have rated them a "0" but it was unavailable. They show absolutely so competence in their job and it directly reflects in their lack of quality. They charged double what their original budget was and I was not advised until the contractor sent the invoice. I agree completely with the previous review posted. This company rates an "F" with the BBB. My contractor (Amberwood Construction) is the one who hired them, which I think also says something about them as well if they are willing to hire company's with such poor known quality of work. I would like to know how a landscaping company can properly do their job when they don't even carry a shovel on their trucks (or if they do they never use it) Ninety percent of my plants, trees and shrubs have died because they just sat them on the ground and put mulch around them, not bothering to bury the root ball. Nothing was planted per plant specifications. Once the wind blew away the thin layer of mulch the plants were exposed. They also give you no warranty on plants !! Even if it is caused by their negligence. So I am left with a "mud pit" of a lawn with water erosion, dead plants and shrubs and no resolution from this company. (I wish I could enclose pictures) They refuse to respond to calls and requests. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!.........R. Daniels, Knoxville
