Absolutely the best customer service I've seen from a company in a long time. When I called them they told what time they would be there and they where early and also called to let me know they where on their way. Immediately upon finding the problem they called to let me know the issue and asked if I wanted them to proceed with repair. I was given a time they would have the replacement part and the repairs would be completed. The work was completed early and we have HEAT!! They have earned a return customer.

what can i say other than these guys are great. first i like the fact that the company is owned and run by military veterans as i am a veteran myself. what started out as a small fix wound up needing to replace our 15 year old outdated heat/ac unit. after the financing was out of the way, they came over and had the job done in 4 days. their workers are very polite and very "job conscious", in other words, they do the job right the first time not taking any "shortcuts". they ran some new duct work under our house, installed complete new wiring for the unit, a new indoor thermostat, and a new carbon monoxide alarm. if you want a good job done at reasonable prices, these would be the people to contact. i would highly recommend them.

We used Sgt. Paul Heating and Air to replace the duct work in our house and Travis and John were very knowledgeable and professional. They still needed to replace the board and were scheduled to have that done on Monday which was Labor Day. Well Sunday the unit quit working and we didn't make a service call because we knew they were coming the next day. Well, when they didn't show by 10 a.m. Tim called the office and was told that we weren't on the schedule but before we know it John was here and had us up and running in no time.
