Rusty and the crew were very professional and courteous. They treated my home as if it were theirs, they were very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. Our air went out on Sunday...called the office...Rusty was here within an hour and a half. He is very polite, very professional, very well mannered, but most of all he is honest and very reasonable.....He found the problem with the unit and got us up and running in no time. I would and will recommend to anyone needing heat and air to Loudon Mechanical...great company!!!

I think this has to be one of the best AC/Heating companies in the area surrounding us. They care enough to call and check to make sure everything is still running right and AC is on; and we are taken care of. I've never had a company to check back in like this and I think it really shows they are dedicated and compassionate to the needs of their customers. If you need AC work, choose these guys.
