I've used a lot of attorneys for business related matters over the last 40 years and A Wayne Henry is the worst by far. The TN Board of Professional Responsibility should do a better job of weeding out the worst of the worst.

Wayne Henry made a verbal agreement with us, when we needed him, he said he did not know us. he gave us legal advice that we acted on, then he forgot, We have used in the past, he gave information to another attorney that has cause a lot of problems. A man that breaches his agreement is bad news.
