BUSINESS AND HOME OWNERS, BEWARE!!!
This guy did an "inspection" on the property I was planning on purchasing at the time. He came out to the house, walked around and just took pictures inside and out of the house. He never really touched anything. He didn't look at any appliances. He said he was not allowed to do that. He went outside and saw potential problems but didn't mention anything in person or on the report. He missed a broken window in the master bedroom. I called him to see if he could come take a picture and add on his report. He said he was not going to come to the house just for that. He'll just add it on the report. I called him days later to let him know that I was not happy with the service he provided and asked for him to fix it. He said he can refund me $50. So I agreed and I asked how I would be receiving my refund. I gave him the option of meeting him somewhere which he refused. He said he'll be sending it in the mail. I waited weeks and nothing. I called and texted him and he ignored all of my efforts of getting in contact with him. Now months later I have 2 major water leaks in both bathrooms and mold. The plumber asked if I had an inspection done because this could have been fixed before I purchased the home. I would NEVER recommend this "business" to my worst enemy!!! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!!!
