Excellent service, attention to detail, knowledge of systems around home. Jim took the time and care to ensure our home was up to standards. He was very helpful, patient, and eager to explain how things worked around the house. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions for improvements. He was very thorough--spent about 5 hours at our home. I would definitely recommend using him again.
