since I have joined Mint Condition Fitness I have lost 17 labs and 5 inches off of my hips! With the expertise of both Colin and Bradley I have been able to eliminate my back issues. They help you incorporate new habits into your daily life in a way that make it so you know you will be able to stick to them. Workouts are always positive and fun. I definitely recommend Mint Condition Fitness if you want to make a positive change to your life!
