Rip off place in the universe ever. Went for surgery but wasn't successful, asked me to pay for it again. Medication cost 10times higher than on line price. Literally exam or visitation price twice higher than local Vet. Existence of this business is Not good for local community. I repeat, DO NOT give them any kind of business.
Don't even want to rate 1 star but 1 star is the minimum. I regret for my time and money not to mention my lovely pet's pains. Be aware please!!

I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with them for the several hours that it took to do the spaying procedure/surgery ( this was a big deal because I don't trust anyone with my cat :)) They
were friendly and seemed to be animal lovers as well, and for that I am grateful!!

The doctor looked at my dog for 5 seconds, and then told me she needed a 300 dollar procedure. I asked her what the condition was, and she was very vague, telling me that it could be something bad or nothing at all. What?

I Went here to Get faster result for my Dog. Spent close to 600 dollars for a lab test that Got me to nothing. First Dr. Kim claimed he might have cancer. Basically This Place tries to Get as much money As possible from People, and gives you no Result. They said that my Dog had a Severe Inflammation on the Nose. Doesn't Take a Dr. To figure that out. I knew that since I took him in. They sent test to Lab. said We will get Results in 3 days. I call on Monday they have no results. Tuesday, No Results. So I ask them to Let me know as soon as they get the result. They call Friday and Say the result needs studying for another 7 Days. While I am Sick worrying for my Dog. This Place is Horrible. Another Lady Brings her dog in I guess her Dog got hit by a Car. She goes in and They take about 5 minutes to help and and just to tell her her Dog has Passed Away. No Urgency or Seem to Know what they are doing. Specially the Asian Secretary which Was super rude. Even Snapped the Paper out of my hand.
