First off, I would like to commend you for the brilliant work you did on my very delicate criminal case. I know that I have previously given you some sort of praise but I wanted you to know how appreciative I am by posting a review.

Secondly, I want to thank your support staff at Sempre Law Firm. To say that they are professional would simply be an understatement. They are courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable; but above all they show a genuine concern for the client and their respective case.

To sum up, I honestly feel that your awesome staff is a reflection of your standards as an attorney. Your expectations and guiding principles simply flourish through your staff. Attorneys are held to higher standards by profession, but I truly believe that it is an intrinsic, humanistic value that is illustrated by your work.

This Review is long overdue, but I'm glad I can finally get around to writing this.
To make a long story short, Devin assisted me with a wrongly accused DV case that should have never occurred due to my now previous marriage. I am not the type of person who can deal with these situations very well and was searching everywhere for an attorney who I can trust, but also get the results I needed. I contacted Devin's office and was greeted politely and was given an appointment to come in and have a consultation the next day. When speaking with Devin I felt assured and my stress was relieved. He immediately told me the plan of action and I felt as though I can really win this case without needing to worry. Prior to the case Devin and I kept in communication and he was very prompt about getting back to me through email and even called me multiple times to provide me with any updates needed. On the day of court Devin was aggressive, he (I felt) went above and beyond what I expected and made the case go the way I wanted. My case was dismissed and the DV charge was placed on my ex-wife. I honestly left that room with relief! I cant thank Devin enough for that day.

3 three years of having to deal with the courts in pro per while the mother who is an alcoholic with a mental disorder and unfortunately most importantly to the court, has money to retain a lawyer who has littigated me into a spin cycle of hearings where we don't discuss real concerns that should be apparent simply by the actual fact that the court itself has found her to be an alcoholic and a court ordered psychological testing result also confirmed the presence of a mood disorder. During this time I've suffered seeing my daughter display all the signs of abuse or neglect while her mother files motions that make it almost impossible for me to either file my own motions or properly submit my concerns to the court as I'm stuck defending baseless and false accusations. Those run on sentences is the best I can do to summarize my frustration with the courts and the many lawyers I've had to contact for advice and guidance. Simply put, in all that time I've had to talk to a lot of lawyers. It's been my experience that if you ask a lawyer ten direct questions, you're simply not going to get ten direct answers. It's also been my experience that just like the courts, it is possible to have a very long a drawn out conversation with a lawyer in which absolutely nothing has been achieved. I can't say Devin answers every question directly however, I can say he's a lawyer and that seems to be something lawyers need to be good at. I also can say that I've left every conversation not just feeling something was achieved but also having actually received tangible advise and/or guidance I can use. Family court matters get emotional. Devin has done a good job of respecting my feelings and letting me go off on a tangent which is not legally relevant but also appropriately has gotten the conversation back on track. What has impressed me is his ability to listen to you enough to truly understand you and your concerns enough to represent you. What amazes me is ability to tell you the actual legal options you have to try to express those concerns to the court and actually give his opinion as to what he thinks of those options and the possible outcomes. He's easy to talk to and easy to listen to. Because of this he seemed trustworthy. I've talked to him several times and can now say I know him to be.

I asked Devin for a consultation regarding my child custody and visitation case. After some back and forth trying to set up a time to meet, Devin came out to my home in Los Angeles- from having spent the day at court in Orange County- after my last class (8pm). My case was time sensitive because I had only a few days to file a response but I wanted an experts advice. Devin reviewed my case, explained what my chances were in getting what I wanted, and helped me get the closest thing. He even made it easier for me by directing me to a stipulation agreement and my case was settled without me having to miss another day of work and school to appear in court. Note: He did all this FREE. I definitely recommend Devin!

Devin provided great service and was caring after a car accident. The other party was giving us a hard time when we were injured. He did an awesome job in representing us and was able to specifically answer all our questions in a timely manner. His experience is what assisted us in winning the case when the other party claimed not to be at fault.

I recommend Attorney Weisberg to friends and family that come to me with a problem. He is very professional. And in my opinion, he fights your case as if it were his own. He is passionate about his work. Its good to have faith in an attorney during hard and uncertain times in your life.

Mr. Weisberg saved my pockets! I came to Mr. Weisberg last minute seeking help with my child support modification case. I was so stressed and wasn't sure if anyone was going to be able to help me with my case especially because it was last minute. Mind you I live 5 hours from Los Angeles and called every law firm possible seeking for help. I wasn't satisfied with the responses other attorneys were giving me. I finally googled "best attorneys in LA county" and came across Mr. Weisberg name. I gave it a shot, called him, and next thing you know I had finally found an attorney that was going to help me out with my child support case. I hired Devin Weisberg to represent me in my child custody case. I will start off by saying that before I walked into Devins office I was absolutely clueless and beyond stressed on how to move forward with my case . After our first sit down, I felt such an immense weight lifted off my shoulders! I walked out with a game plan and knowing that I was in great hands. As a client , I obviously had my share of responsibilities but once I did my part Mr.Weisberg took the wheel. I was very impressed on how well he communicated with me. Attorney Devin Weisberg recently won my case. Someone sued me claiming to be the owner of my house. It was a bogus lawsuit, but they somehow kept the case going in court for months and months. I hired Mr. Weisberg to help me and my family when I realized that it was too complicated to do it myself. Mr. Weisberg got the case thrown out.
