I showed up at this facility with a valet reservation before a late night flight. I waited in the valet bay for 10 minutes for someone to help me, but they just kept walking past helping other customers. I finally asked someone what was going on and they told me I had to go inside. I went inside and waited another 5 minutes in line only to be told that I needed to wait outside for someone to help me. Grrrr. And they didn't even offer a discount after it took me 20 minutes to to drop my car off at valet. I will not be going back here.

First understand that I am writing this as a preferred member who pays for the privilege of parking here and using the Valet service. Nevertheless I will never use this privilege again because WallyPark cannot and will not protect your car, and does not care in the least about any damage done to your vehicle on their premises.



In November 2012 I parked here and returned from a trip to find a nail embedded into the tire of my SUV. I went to the dealership and paid for a brand new tire. Since I could not absolutely say for sure that the tire damage as the result of parking at Wally Park, I did not say anything.



A month later, in December 2012, I again used the Valet service at Wally Park. This time I actually inspected my tires upon leaving the car, joking with my children about the likelihood that I would get a nail in my tires (I never in a million years actually thought that it would possibly happen again, it was just a joke). When I returned from this second trip the kids and I examined the tires (continuing our joke) and lo-and-behold there was another nail (a screw actually) in the same tire I had just replaced.



This time I was angry and I pointed it out to the on-site manger and filled out a claim. I again had to replace my tire. Wally Park denied the claim saying that they are not "in any way negligent or responsible for this damage."



They clearly have a problem with vandals leaving nails in the tires of vehicles that are parked here, particularly through their Valet service, and are unwilling to do anything about it. If you wish to pay for the privilege of parking here, with a generous tip, as I previously did, and then having to pay to replace your tires -- then by all means please do. I will take my business to a similar or more inexpensive lot where my vehicle and tires are kept safe.

The Wally Park lot is clean, vans run frequently, and the staff is helpful. Patrons recieve water bottles upon leaving which is a nice touch. Rates are comparable to other nearby lots. They have a membership card that reduces rates but I you have to pay each year. I think if you want to foster long term loyalty it would be better if you only had to pay once.
