Dr. Glazer 's professionalism was apparent from the moment of the exam. She and the wonderful staff, from the front office to the all the hygienists all made me feel comfortable throughout each session. Most importantly, Dr Glazer's knowledge of her field, her skill in execution and her friendly/helpful manner is what all patients seek in their experience. I notice even the small things, such as her hand technique in relation to the tools and her positioning around my mouth. I really appreciate her answering all my questions and offering education towards each proceedure... And of course her obliging me on all those photos I asked her to take of the pre and post work. Additionally, I really appreciate the Care Credit help offered by Dr Grossman. This makes possible what would likely be put off yet another year. Thank you all for your friendly service and skills. I can't say enough good things about this dental practice! I was ignoring my mouth for way too many years and finally faced the dentist. I ended up working with Melissa and her knowledge, advice and perfectionist ways made me feel so good! Even walking into the office is pleasant. Everyone is smiling and nice and it really makes a huge difference in your experience. Dr. Grossman even came out to meet me and see what work I was getting done. And I can't forget the dental assistants, Maria was great and we definitely laughed a lot. I needed a lot of work done and it was necessary so without having dental insurance we worked out a great schedule for treatments and paying along the way. My schedule was tight and they made it work. I'm so happy I have found a dentist I'll be happy to see every 6 months, thank you Melissa!!! You're the best.
