This is the WORST business I have ever encountered!!! EVER!!!
CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND SHAME ON YOU!!!

Reasons not to buy from Vladimirs Appliances:
1. They don't return calls or even pick up their phone half the time when calling about faulty oven.
2. They sell you a broken oven and refuse to stand behind it to fix or replace it, say they don't believe there is a smell.
3. They don't show up to 2 out of 3 scheduled maintenance appointments.
4. The maintenance person won't wait around 10 minutes for the oven to heat up to see what the problem is because they could care less and don't want to fix anything
5. They are rude and condescending!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM VLADIMIRS APPLIANCES IF YOU WANT A COMPANY TO STAND BEHIND THEIR NEW OVEN!!!!!!!!!!!

My apartment manager uses this company for all the new stoves in the complex. You would think they would do a fairly competent job to fix the problem, but NO! They were so annoyed to be bothered! Our stove broke so they provided a new stove for us.
This NEW stove burned a terrible odor from day one. We had the gas company come twice to fix it and they said the awful smell is the oven and to have he company fix or replace it.
After calling and calling, waiting on hold, no answers my apartment manager set up a time for them to come service the NEW stove and they did not call or show up by once but TWICE!!!!! I also tried calling and no one would answer their phone.
IM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on this pathetic excuse for a company!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VLADIMIRS APPLIANCES!!!! They sell crap that doesn't work and will not stand behind their crap product when it doesn't work. When something is bought new and doesn't work this is unethical business practices!!! They wasted 3 days of mine.. Not showing up twice and not having the decency to wait for the damn oven to heat up to inspect the problem! This company is a joke! If I would have paid for this I would have sued!!!!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Our landlord bought a used oven from them. It did not work, but the landlord said to wait to see if we would get used to it. We did not. When it eventually stopped working totally we called the company that promised a 135 day exchange policey. Not only did they miss 3 of their appointments. They showed up with out an appointment and could not fix the issue. And also refused to replace it. Horrible company. Stay far away. Also, the repair man spoke in Spansih to his boss and lied about are stove. We speak spanish and heard what he was saying to his boss. Horrible company. Stay away.
