Took 4 weeks to get my car back repaired. Other shops would have only took half that time. This shop didn't bother to pick up the phone the first 3 weeks to keep me informed why it was taking so long. I had to keep calling them for a status. When I got my car back repaired, my brake lights weren't lighting up (was never like this prior to my accident). One of the guys from the shop saw me backing out and didn't even catch this. I ended up paying out of pocket to another shop for labor time for them to fix the bad connection to my brake lights. Not only was this shop way too far from where I live and work, but because of these issues I have no intention of ever using them again.

Thanks for the great job. I got a loaner vehicle while they fixed my car.

I got my car fixed here after i had an accident. they left my bumper like new, i recommend this place to friends and family, they even gave me a loaner car while they fixed my vehicle. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Great place and great repairs on my vehicle. Looks good and they took care of me. I would have given them 5 stars if they wouldn't have made me wait an extra hour to get my car.

I recently got in a accident lately, they not only waived my deductible, but they did a great job making my car look new again. I recommend this shop. Thank you....

I had an accident in Los Angeles near Vernon Coachworks which is about 45 miles from my home. My truck was not drivable. I left it with them for 22 hours. I sent a tow truck to bring my truck closer to home for convenience. They would not release my truck until I paid $280. 2 days storage at $65 per day and $150 administration fees. I authorized them to do nothing and they did nothing to my truck and yet they rip me off for $280. Do not trust them. They work the system by telling me the insurance will pay for it. That's not the point. They stole money from me for doing absolutely nothing.

please do not ever take your vehicle here I been waiting for over 6 weeks and when they said it was ready the paint had bubbles on it and they claim it was dirt how do you get dirt on the new paint if your doing it in a booth??? and I also found a big scratch on my screen and on the wood grain and slices on my leather mind you this is a brand new 2011 car! bottom line there just crooked and I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy if I could shut this place down I would if I could give it negative stars I would. what goes around comes around is what I always say! be careful Vernon coachworks!

Please do not EVER take your vehicle here, they are thieves! It took 4 months for them to give me back my car. The "manager" Henry lied and lied about when my car would be returned to me and why. They are unprofessional and their business ethics are criminal. I have reported them to the proper government entities. I write this post so no one else gets taken by them.

WORST!!!!! Do not come here at all. I got into an accident and it took 6 weeks to get my car back. During this period henry the owner lied to multiple times about my car being done ever weekend, about mailing my registration to me in the mail and much more. Finally I get my car back and my doors don't open, rpms are off, they broke the latch to open my hood, my automatic windows dont work, and my electronic system is completely off and totally ruins my battery. DO NOT GO TO VERNON COACHWORKS!! I have also reported them to the BBB that is how bad it is
