I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody!!!!!! I had the worst experience with them and they acted so unprofessionally. I really couldn't believe how rude and careless the employees are. They have absolutely horrible customer service! They never call back when they say the will. I called over a dozen times, over the course of a month, trying to find out when they could simply make an appoinment. They never called me back once. The last time I called, they actually put me on hold while I was in the middle of trying to explain the situation to them, without telling me. I realized that no one was listening when there was no response. After a month of trying to schedule a simple appoinment for a service call, I kindly noted that this was becoming quite ridiculous and the receptionist hung up on me! I have no idea how they stay in business if that is how they treat their customers. They simply do not care about their customers.
