Sunrise Outreach Center has provided no cost/low cost laser tattoo removal for the general public since 2000 in the Westlake neighborhood. This is a nonprofit organization ran by a board of trustees that brings affordable tattoo removal to the community. When you step into the office you may see a variety of clients, from youth needing tattoo removal to enter the military to women and men wanting to get clean skin and start over with a new perspective on life. Tattoo removal gives opportunities to overcome certain barriers to employment, change of life, and returning to a life of crime. Removing visible tattoos will improve chances of employment, restore self-esteem and self-worth, and set you as a role model for family and friends. We serve all walks of life from professionals needing mistakes removed to former gang members wanting to leave a life of crime behind. Aside from offering affordable tattoo removal to our community we also provide counseling to at-risk youth, former gang members, formerly detained persons in re-entry and those in substance abuse recovery. We partner with various local non-profits and law enforcement agencies in order to reach our target population and provide more comprehensive services.
