Stellar Products Inc. was originally named S&M Electronic Die Company Ltd after the two initial owners (Jose Salvador & Frank Mandic) who started the business near downtown Los Angeles, California. The company moved to a small 5,000 sq. ft. shop on Staunton Avenue in South Central Los Angeles in the early nineteen-seventies. In the early years of heatsealing, S&M Electronic Die Company built a reputation in the Radio-frequency Heatsealing Industry as an innovator of RF heatseal tooling and automation equipment. In 1989 the company was bought by Bennett Brown and the name was changed to Stellar Products Incorporated. Going into the 21st Century, Stellar Products has focused on being customer oriented and responsive to the needs of a growing technologically influenced business world. A move to a new 12,000 sq. foot office and manufacturing facility in Los Angeles (near the city of Gardena) in early 2004 was orchestrated with the foresight of increasing and stream-lining manufacturing processes. The new facility incorporates many of the latest automated manufacturing machinery and software.
