thank you, they got all the stains out. it was an overall impressive job. It was done better than I thougth it would have been. thats how good this company is.

They do a great job cleaning pet odor and stains. I use them every so often to give my furniture, rugs and some carpeted rooms a good steam cleaning. I have a few cats and they can sometimes make messes and spray. I like this company a lot, they have always been friendly and professional with me. I highly recommend them.

I moved into a gorgeous 3 bedroom home and I decided to throw a party before I put in any furniture. My plan turned out great and had everyone come over. The night was awesome but when I woke up the next morning I noticed a stain on the carpet, bummer, but thankfully I found them and had them clean the carpet and now it looks just as clean as it used to. Now that's great work..

They arrived late; proceeded to tell me that the cost of cleaning my sofa would in fact be nearly 3 times the amount that I was quoted on the phone (after 10 minutes of negotiating I managed to get them down to a reasonable price); left big black dirty marks from their dirty hands over my white sofa while they were 'inspecting it' - then denied that they had done it; needed to borrow towels to mop up all the water on my wooden floor emitted from their cleaner, and then needed to borrow more towels to put the cushions on while they cleaned the rest of the sofa - not so bad except when I turned round they were mopping up the water from the floor with one of my white bath towels, using their dirty sneakers ! And to top it all of one of them actually asked me out on a date - what a bunch of professionals !!

It was really odd when I noticed these weird markings on my carpet one day and had no clue what they were. The next day I came home and found the fibers of the carpet in my cat’s paws and realized that she had been clawing at the carpet. The carpet looked really bad so I called STEAM CLEAN GREEN PROFESSIONAL and asked if they even did something about that and they said that they could have a technicians come look at it. He came ready to work and got right to it. He was able to restore the carpet into its original form and I even had him clean the whole carpet on the spot. He did a great job and I could not have been happier with the results!

I must say that these guys are number 1!!! I called them up last week and they hurried over a few hours after I call and clean the hell out of my carpets. I really was not expecting such a wonderful job like they did, but believe it or not, my carpets look and smell brand new. Thank you very much STEAM CLEAN GREEN PROFESSIONAL IN Los Angeles!
