Wow!! I'm so happy I found these guys on YellowPages. I took a trip to the store and my issue was resolved within 24hrs! I'm a retired software support person so I struggled with my issue for three hours before realizing I should have just brought it to these guys was frustrating after the fact. Ray was the technician assigned me out and I was really impressed with work on my computer. He had great knowledge, professionalism and kind manner. I'll be using Spring Street Mac for all of my technology issues!

This place rocks! I went in with multiple problems and left problem free. Where to start? First of all I had a MacBook Pro that was running really slow. The guy over the counter was incredibly informative and gave me multiple options. He offered me more RAM and told me about new types of drives called Solid State Drives or SSD. He told me that I had 8GB of RAM and that if it were him he'd only upgrade the drive and not the RAM since the drive was going to make such a huge difference in performance. He was spot on! I left my computer with SSM and got a phone call the next day saying it was all done. I was in SHOCK. They had transferred all of my data and even cleaned my computer. It was really dirty before. When i Picked up the computer the same gentleman who checked me in helped me out. He booted up the computer for me and said take it for a test drive. I was blown away from the speed. He then proceed to tell me that if I was still not that happy with the performance they can always bump me up my RAM. (Just to let you know I told him I was on a tight budget from the start). I fell that Spring Street Mac gave me their most honest options as to how to upgrade my computer for not that much money in the long run. At no time did I feel and pressure from them. You can really tell that they care about their customers.

The 2nd issue that I had was my broken iPhone 6 screen. The phone was also running really slow. They informed me that my phone was extremely low on space and I'd need to free up some information ignorer for phone to operate properly. Once I got the phone back from them, I cleared up tones of old text messages and photos and it's running like new again.

I finally had my cracked iPhone fixed after i cut my finger on the broken glass. I took my phone in went and got lunch and these guys had it all fixed like new when I came back to pick it up. Great service guys!
