very rude and no respect to customers

I visited LA shinhan bank for the first time and the teller name Jihye was very rude and she had no respect on customers. It was my first visit in LA and I was using Shinhan bank also in New York. People and staff in New York Shinhan are very nice and pleasnat. Also NY has more branches but the size are smaller compare in LA since the land is more expensive.

I told her to give my bank statement for past 2 years since they start not to send them into my mail.

Other people in Olympic Blvd. staff are okay but the teller that I have talked with was very rude. I was expecting come here alot but because of that teller and people around her are rude, unpleasnat, pugnacious and all that, now I'm never visiting here again. Until they place them in other branch or fire them, this place is a just a bank that trying to get all the money from customers.without servicing them a thing. Im obviousally not recomending place to anyone
