My education, training, and experience, both in life and as a therapist, have given me the tools to successfully assist clients with their problems and their personal growth. I deal with a wide range of issues, working with individuals, couples, families and groups; I treat children, adolescents, and adults. I lead parenting groups and teach parenting classes,for parents of children of any age, infants through adults. I do anger management and communication work with individuals, couples and families. I believe the primary goal of most clients is to develop a strong sense of self in order to better handle life's struggles. The most important factor in the success of therapy is the connection between therapist and client and their mutual commitment to work together to achieve the client's goals.
