Our garage would not close each time we used the remote. It would retract. In addition, it could only be closed by using the internal garage bottom. Immediately when Brett showed up, he recognized that our safety sensors were misaligned as well as the rails in which the garage door runs through. Within a few minutes him and his co-worker were able to get the garage door back to full operational usage. In addition, he took the time to educate us on what caused the issue. I highly recommend Brett and his company for any issue you may have for your garage door system.
