Lady had denied my application for an apartment because of a bankruptcy. She didnt even submit it for a decision from the company, but yet she had made the determination stating that the company does not accept bankruptcies. Also, she didnt bother to do a tour of the apartments, claiming that they were dirty. DO NOT BOTHER!!! There is nothing on the website or in that office that stated that applicants would automatically would be denied an apartment due to a bankruptcy...BEWARE!!
