I googled the closest glass repair to me and found this place. The place was empty so i got helped right away. I needed a rock chip repaired on my front windshield. The guy explained what to expect after the work was performed and that's exactly what i received. I paid with the debit card and was in my way. Super painless experience.

I called them to fix my windshield and the came the next day and did a very good job. I live about 15 miles away, so I was impressed ! Everyone
I spoke to was nice and explained everything clearly. Also, I think the price is pretty reasonable.

Not honest! I was clearing weeds with a weed wacker and unfortunately shot a rock into a guys window and cracked it. He took it to this shop. The price was good, but the window they installed was defective. It didn't fit correctly. We had to bring our own window for them to install. They eventually installed it but wouldn't refund our money for the first window. I talked to the owner and he said that we he didn't give refunds. WTF? I thought maybe that he didn't understand the situation, so asked him again. I asked him if he expected me to pay for the defective window and the good window. He kept saying that he didn't give refunds. Be warned. They expect you to pay for their mistakes. Or who knows, maybe this is all a big scam to make you pay twice.

As soon as i pulled in i was well attended and everyone was nice and friendly. I liked the price and negotiated to drop the price so that i can have some gas money left and they were willing to. Being a girl i felt a little intimidated cuz its mostly men but they made me feel welcomed and turned on the heater in the waiting area since its freezing cold and it was late. i was going to go somewhere else but glad i came here. As i was waiting i read a sign that they've been around since the 70s.. wow. Anyways about 40 min later my car was all vacuumed and window rolled up and down just fine. thnx a bunch SAN LUIS AUTO GLASS!!! ;)
