Fui a este lugar llamado Salcido Tours y Me atendio una LOCA de nombre LUZ, me trato como si ella me estuviera haciendome un favor a mi. Yo fui a ese lugar a enviar unas cajas a la ciudad de Dgo. y Luz se puso como LOCA, solo me dijo que no le cai bien y que me odiaba, y que no le daba la gana de mandar mis cajas, nunca me habia pasado esto, y espero que a ti que lees esto nunca te pase, Me saco mis cosas a la calle despues que yo ya habia pagado y ella me dio un recibo. Me fui de ese lugar y la Policia me llamo diciendo que LUZ habia ido a la estacion a decirleas que yo habia ido a dejar mis cajas ahi sin mitivo alguno.... Esta mujer tiene expericiencia haciendo esto con los clientes!!! OFRECEN UN PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Esta mujer Aparte de FEA, SUPER FEA, grocera, corriente, bulgar, y sin motivos cree que por trabajar en un lugar puede tratar a un cliente de esa manera. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR PARA HACER NINGUN TIPO DE ENVIO NI PARA VIAJAR, LOS CAMIONES SON UN ASCO NO SIRVEN, Y LA VERDAD UNO VA ARRIOESGANDO LA VIDA, APARTE DEL PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. POR FAVOR SI LEES ESTO TOMALO EN SERIO, POR QUE ESTA GENTE NO TE DA UN BUEN SERVICIO. POR FAVOR SI VAS A ESTE LUGAR INDETIFICA A ESTA MUJER LLAMADA LUZ ES UNA PESIMA PERSONA, FEA NARIZONA DE PELO NEGRO, Y SOBRETODO BIPOLAR. ZERO PUNTOS PARA ESTE NEGOCIO!!! Y PARA TODAS LAS PERSONAS MAYORES DE EDAD MUCHO CUIDADO, POR QUE SI VIAJAS CON SALCIDO TOURS Y TE TOCA QUE EL CAMION SE DESCONPONGA USTEDES MISMOS TIENEN QUE CARGASR SU CAJAS O MALETAS QUE LLEVAN, APARTE DE QUE PAGAS TE PONEN A CARGAR TUS COSAS PARA PASARLAS A UN NUEVO CAMION. MI MAMA VIAJO EN JUNIO 23 Y EL CAMIO SE DESCOMPUSO 2 VECES, ES MAYOR DE EDAD Y ELLA CARGO SUS MALETAS DE UN CAMION A OTRO HICIERON COMO 50 HORAS DE CAMINO. APARTE NI SIQUIERA PUEDES USAR EL BANIO DEBIDO A QUE ESTAN ASQUEROSOS!! POR FAVOR NO USES ESTE "SERVICIO" TODAS LAS PERSONAS MERECEMOS SER TRATADOS CON RESPETO Y MAS SI ESTAS PAGANDO!!!

Para ser ecsacto llo viaje con ellos el 22 julio, teniamos que salir de los angeles (broadway) a las 6am nos hablaron que el camion no iva salir asta las 11am por rasones de que camion tenia problemas mechanicas. ok esta bien, pero cuando el camion llego a levantar nos la llanta de atras estaba toda chueca ni lo vian arreglado y asi no lo llevamos asta durango mexico. el camion tenia mal olor a miados y apenas vian levantdo a unas personas en pacoima no era para que el camion oliera a miados y a popo. nunca jamas llo viajare con susio tours, disculpa salcido tours.

I traveled with them last month it was great service and the buses are clean and nice. also the drivers are very helpful. def, recommend them the prices are not expensive and the the srevice is great!!!!!

Worst experience of my life way over crouded bathrooms seem like they have never been cleaned there food stops are at a gas station busses are old and most likely will break down... Ours did twice 32 hour trip turned out to be a 49 hour trip great times huh wouldint ride again even if the tickets wher FREE....

They suck dont travel with them.. dejan a la gente tirada pork sus camiones no sirven... no arriesguen su vida.

I had the pleasure of traveling with this company 2 years ago. My experience was great specially the treatment that you get from the drivers in helping the elderly with their luggage needs. I would defenitely reccommend it, But ive come to know that they moved 1 block towards the north side of the street and cahnge their name to SALCIDO TOURS. I guess it wont matter, Their service has improved since then. GOOD JOB!!!!!! Sinc
