Ruby Bakery is my preferred bakery. It's where I order a cake every 1st Sunday of the month to honor birthdays of people in my congregation. It's also where I get sugar-free cookies for my friends who are diabetic. We all love their strawberry cream cakes, sure. And I buy quite a few of their chocolate cakes with chocolate mousse filling, chocolate frosting, and chocolate sprinkles. Oh, yeah!! Why? Because their cakes are great! And owners Amy, Brian, Eliott and the whole family are wonderful people. Try them!

All I have to say is that the Cakes at Ruby's are EXCELLENT. I get these for our office birthday's and people love it. The Strawberry Cream is AWESOME! I recommend this place for cakes and other yummy items they have.

I have been going to Ruby Bakery for over 20 years now. The cakes are always fresh. I moved out of the area about 7 years ago and always find time to make a trip down to the bakery for all of my special events. It is the best!!!

Ruby Bakery is the best bakery I have ever encountered. I am an event planner and this is the only bakery I use. I have not had any complaints from any of my clients, only praises. The staff is great.
