Dr. Rothberg came to so call " evaluate " me when i was falsely accused of assault and robbery on a mta bus. case # sao-60433 judge Elden Fox . I tried to explain that bus driver melinda e leerandoff #20385 was abusing a elderly disabled passenger and put him in danger with her erratic driving also verbally abusing him. i was incarcerated 50 days at twin towers jail in los angeles. Dr. Adam Weisman did a evaluation and did it correct. This was ordered by attorney joe ingber without my consent. but Dr. Rothberg only made fun of me and insulted me, i tried to explain how everything transpired but he talked over me and was very amused by my predictament and suffering. no correct protocol. the driver and 2 females assulted me (i am also disabled) falsified the police report and easily fled to illinois because of the unethical tactics joe inber did. shyster lawyer not authorized to take the case but bruce krakoff of labels table deli called him and made some kind of illicit deal that to this day i do not fully understand but it was foul and dirty, profit motive. ater 50 days , the case was dismissed. i never got my day in court and the real perpetrators got away. d a whelma llanos maliciously prosecuted me. the mta has the video tape but covered up everything. THIS CASE WILL BE RE-OPENED, MY WORD OF HONOR.
