Workout was okay....I like to sweat a little more. Plus the people at the front desk were super rude. I don't think I will go back.

Going here regularly has cured my chronic back pain from years spent hunched over computer for work. Great full-body workout with a focus on the core muscles. They frequently have special promos which cut the class price down to $11 a class. It's a tough class, but moves quickly through each muscle group so you know you can make it through. Effective workout!
