SKIP IT!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS AND RUDE!!

DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I DROPED OFF MY CAR TO HAVE BATTERY CHANGED AND WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF THE WORK WAS DONE THEY SAID THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE BATTERY SO MY CAR SAT THERE FOR 2 HOURS AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME THEY COULD NOT FIX IT.

THE GUY SAID HE COULD GET IT THE NEXT DAY BUT THEN I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD GET IT FOR SURE HE ACTUALLY LOOKED IT UP AND SAID THEY COULDN'T GET IT FOR 3 DAYS. OMG!!!

IT IS INTERESTING HOW THIS CHAIN HAS FALLEN SO FAR DOWN. THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION , JUST CHECK THE REVIEWS. DONT BOTHER WITH PEP BOYS!!
