Provided by YP.comPaul Vera is a criminal. We paid him 20k to re-do our roof and the first time it rained (only a month later), GALLONS of water poured into our house. We had a different roofing company fix the five different holes Paul left in our brand new roof. When we told Paul, he showed zero remorse and refused to cover the very reasonable costs of repair.
