I've done two major purchases and 1 refinance with him, over the last couple of years, VERY complicated deals. He has gotten me not just the best rate, (during my last purchase of an investment property the seller's realtor literally did not believe the rate we were getting, and asked us to change the contract to reflect a more "realistic" rate) he also cheerfully and competently dealt with all the little disasters that constantly pop up in these types of transactions. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you are purchasing or re-financing you NEED an expert, and Keith Baker is the best I've ever dealt with.
