The owner of this business was incredibly disrespectful, he has no sense of customer service. I had a coupled of questions about the amount that he was going to charge me, at that point he began to curse at me and threaten demanding me to pay. At no point did I tell him that I was not going to pay him, I just need him to explain why he was charging me $1000 dollars for 15 minutes of labor. At the point he hung up on me and began to threaten me via text message. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. I am going to pay the invoice so the threats stop.

Professional. He replaced an extension spring, and secured our garage door opener for a reasonable price. He was able to explain the problem to us clearly and politely. The whole job took less than 30 minutes.

All the work done was clearly explained; I will call them next time I need my garage door serviced. I highly! recommend !!

I bought a house with DIY-style gate motors which stopped functioning within a month. Getting new gate motors was not going to be cheap, but I wanted it done right. I called 2 other places for estimates and then found All Gate Repair company. The other 2 companies' estimates were slightly higher than Sean's estimate. What compelled me to go with Sean was his kindness, professionalism and the sense that he's a small business owner who I'd like to work with. He was also able to do the job within a week of me getting an estimate. I'm very happy with my new gate motors...they work so smoothly, like butter.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I honestly recommend these guys as I recently had a metal fence installed in my back yard. I have to give them a 5 star in customer service, pricing, quality and craftsman ship.

I called him about 8AM this morning (a Sunday) and talked about my need for new springs on my garage door. He said he thought he could be there about 1PM. I asked if he would call if he was running a little late, and he said of course. He makes that part of his job.

Well, at 1PM, he called to say it might be another 30 minutes. Then he showed up 15 minutes later. He explained the work, answered my questions, offered a competitive price, and did the work for the amount he quoted.

I swear I love contractors like this. I am pretty sure your experience is bound to be as good or gooder:) Sorry. . . . as good or better.

I had a problem with the electric gate on the drive way , it would not open . I looked on yp for a local garage door repair service and spoke with a few companies. He was super friendly and after checking his schedule he was able to 'squeeze me' in his busy schedule .
He arrived within 2 hours , was quick to diagnose the issue , honest and affordable .
I am very happy with his job !

I have used this company a number of times, to address issues with a driveway gate. He is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. He will explain all your options, has a very good team of workers and stands behind his work. What a wonderful company to do business with. Had a problem with my electric gate, and called OZ Garage Doors and Gates on Sunday 3/26 and spoke to a very nice man by named Sean. I believe he is the owner. We set up an appointment for yesterday (3/27). He was right on time and a fuse was blown and he replaced it. He is a very honorable man. His price was so fair with me, and he didn't tell me that a million things needed to replaced. It's not that often that you get someone that identifies that problem and just fixes it,

His knowledge and work ethic was an example for others. His rates are extremely reasonable and he works efficiently and quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My wife and I just purchased a new house and wanted to get a motor installed on the sliding gate door. I contacted OZ Garage Doors and Gates Company because of the yp reviews, and Sean messaged me back to let me know our new home was unfortunately out of their service area. However, he offered his help if we had any questions, which I thought was very gracious, so I asked him generally what I'd be paying for this type of gate, and he quickly replied with an answer, again offering any help if I had any furthe.

I went ahead and hired another company to come out and give a quote...which was over $800 more than he told me was reasonable. I immediately went back to he and asked him if I could trust it...this time, Sean called me immediately and said I was being overcharged. After we chatted a few minutes, he offered to raise his original quote by $100 for the extended distance, but was happy to come out to us. We scheduled for the next week and Sean's associate, Elmer came to the house...he was fantastic! We had an issue with the electrical as well, but Elmer worked through it and found a solution. I can't thank these guys enough and would absolutely go back. Thanks!!

I had not been able to use my electric gate in my driveway for a few days and I needed help as soon as possible. I called and left messages for a couple other gate companies but no one called me back. After reading the amazing reviews, I decided to call OZ Garage Doors and Gates. He picked up the phone immediately and said he would have Michael give me a call within the next 10 minutes. About one minute later my phone rang and Michael said he was on his way.

I cannot say enough great things about Michael! He is extremely honest and a true professional. He was able to quickly discern the problem with my electric gate. He also programmed my gate remote in my car. Lastly, he programmed a new remote for my garage.

I guarantee that you will not find anyone more honest, reasonable and diligent. Five stars all around!

I called OZ Garage Doors and Gates after finding out someone had hit my garage door. Sean came to the rescue. This guy was very knowledgeable when it came to all my questions I had. Rather than giving me a quote over the phone than most company, he wanted to check out my garage first free of charge before giving me a price. After he took the measurements of my garage, he immediately ordered my garage door. He gave me the best price installed. I will guarantee his price was very reasonable and fair. OZ Garage Doors and Gates was able to come out the same day I called. They came and replaced a broken chain on a rolling gate at a rental property and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Service was on point and very easy to communicate with.

Even though I did not hire OZ Garage Doors and Gates and his company I am giving them 5 stars because I asked for a quote, explained my need and he emailed me within 15 minutes. His company does the kind of work I asked for but differently and more expensively. He was honest, forthright and gave some great advice. Worth a review just for his honesty! Thanks company.
