They gave me start date as last week of november and kept the promise. Novel Remodeling explained every task in detail on what is the next task. My husband and I especially had amazing experience throughout kitchen remodeling and walk through each day tasks. We ended up extending contracts to do lights for entire house. It only took 5 weeks to complete entire project. I would definately choose them & recommend them for anyone's project.

They were prompt to get out and discuss the scope and quickly followed up with a competitive quote. They were great to communicate with throughout and to get the final details ironed out and our contract signed. Their timeline for the work was accurate and they completed everything to a very high standard exactly as they had promised. We are already thinking about other projects and will be reaching back out to the Novel team - they will absolutely be our first choice.

They just finished remodeling my kitchen and it is beautiful and functional. Their attention to detail and willingness to spend the amount of time necessary on a task to get it right, make the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

He went above just cleaning the small spot and power washed the entire patio. He took time from a busy schedule to come back to the house to add clarification to the invoice. I believe each of his clients are treated as if he works only for them. Highly recommend this great company.

He walked all over the roof to check everything and told us, other than the one spot that leaked, our roof should last us 10 years. I love hear that because I didn't want a new roof or to be lied to for more business. The job was done in about a week and we didn't even have to be home. And compared to other estimates, Novel Remodeling was very reasonable.

We are very satisfied with the addition Novel Remodelling did for us. They were very upfront about the cost and every step of the process. All employees we had working on our house were very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again! They even did a courtesy rerouting years later when we had some hairline cracks due to settling.

They basically helped us take an ugly, boring back yard and transform it into a garden that my kiddo can play within and we adults can happily and proudly entertain! I even got a lemon tree! Novel Remodelling worked efficiently respecting my neighbour, my freshly painted walls and keeping within my desired time frame. Highly recommended.

They brought a small army and got more work done in a day than I ever thought possible. They were incredibly easy to coordinate with and their followup on a few small items afterwards was just as attentive as the primary service.
